All Vehicles are insured comprehensively in accordance with the laws of U.A.E .In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, a police report must be obtained for insurance coverage to be applicable. If an accident is due to the fault of driver, he/she will be responsible for the first Dhs1500/. (Excess Insurance Charge) for standard Vehicles & Dhs 3000/- For luxury vehicles except when the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is purchased by the hirer .Insurance cover for the driver and the passengers against injury or death can be provided by payment of personal Accident Insurance (PAI) . Insurance coverage does not apply it the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of accident.

Driving License: Persons driving a vehicle must be over 22-Years of age ( for luxury vehicle 25 years of age) and should have held a full license for a minimum period of one year, UAE Residents require a Valid UAE driving License. Tourists on transit or visit visa need to hold a valid domestic license accompanied with a international driving license.

Additional drivers can be accepted subject to above described driver qualifications and will be charged at Dhs 25/- per day, Dhs 100/- per week and Dhs. 200/- per month. Names of the drivers should be written on the rental agreement by our representative. No additional driver is authorized to drive the vehicle without our Knowledge. Insurance coverage does not apply when the vehicle is driven by unauthorized drivers.

An open and signed imprint of the credit card will be taken at the start of the rental and will be kept as a deposit. If any traffic violations are incurred by the hirer during the rental period. It would be charged to the credit card on receipt of a traffic fine. In case of cash payment the original passport and full payment for rental duration plus minimum Dhs 3000/- minimum cash deposit is required. Dhs 2000/- of the Cash deposit will be held for traffic fines and will be refunded after a period of 15 Days if there is no fine. Credit card deposit is required for luxury cars. Accidents: In the event of an accident or any damage to the vehicle including missing parts the hirer must not remove the vehicle from the scene The Police Should be informed immediately and a police report must be obtained from the police. No objection for repairs will not waive liability of the client for the accident . The hirer must hand over the report to our office when returning the vehicle or when Requesting the replacement of the vehicle. In the event a police report is not submitted or until a police report is submitted to our office the hirer is liable to pay for rent, all the damages to the vehicles and other parties, in this case no replacement will be provided to the hirer.
